Dear Sonesta Walk Residents:

We understand there have been issues with trespassing around the neighborhood.

We have a Letter of Authority to Trespass with Melbourne Police department. See below.

The letters identify the following common areas as:

Pool/Pavilion Area: 734 Luminary Cir.

Nature boardwalk Preserve (West- Along Dairy)- 1224 Luminary Cir.

Turtle Preserve (Between 790/910 Luminary) 930 Luminary Cir.

These are the addresses assigned to the common areas per Melbourne Police department. We have requested a target zone patrol of our community. We should be seeing more police presence. We requested to pay for an office to patrol the community, but unfortunately Melbourne PD does not offer this service.

The Board is also securing quotes for onsite security patrols through Signal Security and installation of lights in the nature boardwalk area to review at the September meeting.
